Transfer market locked after it was unlocked?

So my transfer market via the companion app was unlocked just about 8 days ago and when i came back to the app to check today it was locked again?

does that normally happen if i was inactive and how can i unlock it again?

Had this exact same thing.
Firstly, main account was BANNED for buying and selling Shadow cards. Stupid automated system, which better be reversed.

So I started an RTG, had market access on the Web App/Companion App, then 2 days later it says I need to unlock it!

This game isn't making much sense lately
