Transfer market locked

I've follow the EA guidelines to gain access to the transfer market on the web app and companion app. It states At least 4 days of 3 games so 12 games. On the chat section they say anywhere between 70-150 games. Which could take a while which is unacceptable. When I've paid for something I expect to gain full access and not partial, this shouldn't be the case in a business like this. The consumers buys your product and expects full access straight away not partial access. Also it doesn't help when some EA chat employees rudely kick you off when you are explaining the problem for them. There needs to be a fixed asap. As I was told on Thursday that I would gain access soon and it still hasn't occured.
