We believe it's time for EA Sports to consider revising the current access system.

We, the community of dedicated FC 24 enthusiasts, are investing not only our time but also our money into the game. Spending over $100 for a game that delivers a subpar user experience due to these issues is disheartening. It's essential that our concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly.

Key Concerns:

Access Delays: The current access system, which involves waiting for an unspecified number of days, is causing frustration among players. It is crucial to know how long we are expected to wait before gaining access to web/app transfer market.

Bot Activity: Despite of your requirements we have continued presence of bots on the transfer market disrupts the fair and enjoyable gameplay experience. We urge EA Sports to take action to eliminate this issue. What’s is the point of delay access if we still have running bots?

Communication: It seems that our concerns are not being heard or addressed. We are eager to know if there is an investigation into this issue and whether it has been reported to the developers.

We are requesting clarification and transparency regarding the status of this issue, and we look forward to receiving updates from EA Sports. As loyal customers, we hope to see this matter resolved promptly and effectively.

Well written. I understand that getting access may take time. What I don't understand is why the written rules that EA Community Managers link all the time are at odds with what is happening. And the tone deaf responses from the CMs don't help. Guys, really nobody is expecting from you to tell every single person when they are going to get the access. What we want is clear and ACCURATE explanation how it works.

Same issue here. Its a new EA account for my son. We've played extensively for 9 days in a row, upto div 7, played about 50+ squad battles, got a 120 rated team, spent fifa points, done a load of trading on the console but still no access on the Web or companion app. We also play player and manager career. No idea how to resolve at this point.

I tried to get a refund, was laughed at basically!!

Even though there web site clearly states that they will if it's not up to scratch.
