Transfer processing issues

Dear EA. 

I have 13 players stuck in transfers as processing. I have tried to log in log out from console, from web companion, etc but no matter what it won’t resolve. Can you help? The solution you provided in a previous chat related to similar topic does not work! Thx

    I boughted a Mikel Merino Team of the year card and i have a same problem. Stuck on the processing screen
