Trying to complete sbc buider challenges

Hi, any help as I'm at a loss. Just setting up for my son so straight away I don't really know what I'm doing. I have completed 3/4 challenges on 1st sbc. It's saying I need min 4 common players, exactly bronze and min 4 players in squad. 

I have 4 players in squad and bronze ticked. It's not ticking off the 4 common players but ive put in the only options I have. 

Im stuck i guess. He can't get new players as no coins and can't get coins without this challenge. 

I've tried on the switch and the app.
