Twitch drops, won bids lost and connection issues

I have 3 issues that i reported since November and was asked to go left and right from emails to forums to chat and no one from EA seems to care. The support agents are unfortunately not equipped nor...

I've had the same issue with the Twitch Drops. After chasing since early November, I've then been told today I should raise the issue as a bug on the EA Help forum. No surprise to see that the first one I see is someone else having the same issue.
I think I've reached a point where I realise I'm not going to get the Twitch Drop rewards now.

The service and support is disgusting. I was told not to worry and will be compensated and bla bla.
They now reply saying i was not eligible hahahahaha
They didnt even notice the screen shot ...
Terrible is a compliment to them
