Twitch Prime packs 1 and 2 were not received in game, yet Claimed.

Twitch Prime packs 1 and 2 were not received in game. 

I have claimed both Twitch primes packs 1 and 2, yet I have not received them when I hopped into Ultimate Team. It has been one week now. I have had to do two cases as the first said, wait. After 4 days of nothing, I made another case, hence why I am here.
I get the Twitch drops from watching live streams of EAFC 24, meaning my EAFC account and my Twitch account are linked successfully. So I  do not understand even though claiming and relinking my account and claiming again still have not received my packs?

Please, someone help, Cheers.
