Ultimate birthday daily play not refreshing

Subject pretty much says it all. My objective has no refresh timer it just acts as if it is completed forever. Please fix this EA and make sure we have time to finish the objectives

I'm having the same problem what's the point putting it on if not gonna refresh and how can we complete it now it's a joke
