ULTIMATE TEAM CHAMPIONS GAMEPLAY

Okay so, I was playing my first champions finals game in fc24 FUT and I came to encounter an opponent who scored TWO CLEAR OFFSIDE GOALS. I ended up losing that game 5-4. Should’ve been an easy win for me. And all of a sudden his gk blocks 10 plus of my shots and he only comes and attacks to me once and scores first try? WHILE I HAVE IKER CASILLAS 95 GOTG. I have reached out to live chat and I got a very kind agent. They said that they will reach out to the EA developers about my issue so I hope they do. I also suggest that there should be an option added soon where a player is allowed to report the match for review after each match ends and it should go connect them to a live agent or someone that can make changes or give out a satisfying compensation. Please upvote this to get EA to look at it and help improve this game for our community. I will attach 3 files below with proof.

EA EXPLAIN THIS????

    Get used to it. That's how the game has been built to be enjoyable for all. There is no good or bad player anymore. EA dictates who wins and loses to give everyone equal enjoyment.

    The screenshots you have attached aren't really that proof you need.. All 3 of them you have taken the screenshot while the ball has already left the players foot and is a metre or so away. They could have been onside when you initially kicked it to them run past the last man by the time you have taken the screenshot.

    You need to take them exactly as the player is about to kick the ball.. not after the ball has been kicked then go from there.

    Either way no matter how much effort you put into trying to get compensation you probably wont get anything. Is it really worth your time to pursue?
