Ultimate Team companion app - disconnected game session

When I try to access the FC24 companion app, I get an error message which reads ‘Disconnected Gameplay Session’ - these players cannot be moved… please log back in to your console.

The issue is, I no longer own said console - so I cannot log back in. Is there a way of resolving this, I should still be able to access my in-game purchases through the companion app.
