Logging into the console (PS5) is working fine; however, i cannot log into any of the companion apps including mobile and Web.
Deleted and reinstalled all but still not working. Tried logging in from different locations but still the same result.
Could anyone kindly help?
some ppl have not been able to login since 12 hours ago and some(including me) can login but get kicked out when opening a pack/rewards. Still no word from EA and no resolution. Very disappointing
This is messed up. The gameplay itself is already bad, and now we cannot even use the basic features. I know they are busy selling FC25 but come on seriously.
I'm having the same issue. Every time I open a pack it kicks me out and I have to log in again.
Collected my weekly squad battles rewards and that was hard work getting through those.
But I'm just not doing it for my daily bronze, silver and gold upgrades.
I have the same problem since yesterday : I cannot access companion app. Haven’t tried web app yet since i am on vacation without laptop etc.
i had complained at EAHelp and they mentioned that many are affected and that they are working on a solution. Let us hope for the good…😉
