Community ManagerIf it's always connecting through a mobile hotspot and sometimes connecting through your home network, that's an issue with your equipment or ISP. It would be best to contact their support for assistance.
If thats the case then shouldnt the other online games also have the same problem? Because i can connect to clubs etc perfectly fine

Not necessarily. I have seen times when an ISP had an issue where UT couldn't be reached so this is possible.
@EA_Aljo Okay thanks I will follow up with my ISP. Just strange that I never had this issue with FC 24 and now suddenly on FC 25 im getting it. But yeah

If we find any issues, we'll make an announcement. I of course can't guarantee this isn't on our side, but with the vast majority of people being able to connect to UT, nothing is point to that.
Something else you can try is using alternate DNS settings. There are instructions for that here.
