If this is an ISP issue, it's not something we would be able to fix. Please contact your ISP so they can check for any issues.

@EA_Aljo I contacted them and complained but literally nothing is wrong with my internet , all other games are fine when I play online only UT what has a problem

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

After the update in late Wednesday it worked again perfectly which means NOT an ISP issue

You're getting enough packet loss to cause disconnects. Did you try talking to your ISP?
