Ultimate team ea fc24 no oponents found

Hi am a xbox player and i was banned from xbox for 15 days and today time is ran out so i went to play ultiamte team in fc24 but i cant play any online mod, it say that 'there were no opponents try agaain later' with my account but i check out with other playeres and my friend and my another account its ok and i can play other games online suchas cod and gta online so pls check my account and tell me why pls
