When trying to launhc Ultimate Team on EAFC 24 on the Series X I'm getting 'Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu' constantly
so i have been banned and it got overturned and i am not no longer banned yet i still cant access fc24 ultimate team it says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the main menu” can anybody help me with this or fix it for me please as it’s just a pain and i want to play ultimate team. Thankyou.

july 2024 and I am having the same issue. I had my false ban overturned yesterday. However I cannot access the web app or companion app and I cannot access ultimate team in game. On the web and companion app it says this and in game it says this repeatedly. I have no active ban on my account what is going on, why do I get falsely banned then even now I have to go through this and cannot play? Please someone help, there is no sign of scheduled maintenance or ea serves being down. I have already tried every solution and contacted ea help
