Ultimate team not opening

I’ve been having this issue on PC where Ultimate Team refuses to load. The game itself launches fine, but once I try to enter UT, it just gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn’t move past that.

This started shortly before FC 25 was released and hasn’t gone away since.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Restarting the game and my system
Checking for updates
Clearing cache
Reinstalling the game
Changing my IP address
Doing multiple clean boots
Contacted EA Support, and they redirected me here

My connection is stable and everything else in the game works — it’s just UT that won’t open.
Any help would be really appreciated because this has been frustrating.
