- pp_23_232 years agoRising Rookie@sanket_360 I can't get in to ultimate team either, the issue for my is specific to one account, because i have others and i can get in fine.
I already contacted EA help live chat, they said i don't have any suspension or ban, i can't understand why i can't get in
I'm on PS5, i have ports forwarded, i have changed the DNS, i have cleared the Ps cache, i have restored licenses, everything that i could do on my end i did.
I just don't understand why i can't get in to that particular account, can anybody help?- sanket_3602 years agoHero+@pp_23_23 what error you are getting? are you able to login into ultimate team using web app or companion app?

@sanket_360It says there's high volume of traffic, but that only happens on one of the accounts, the others work fine, on the same PS5 and Network.
I'm using LAN cable
I was using web app before, but since this happened, it says i need to login on console before using webapp again
