If you dont have any BAN then Try these steps and see if it helps in any way-
1. Login onto EA account from browser - https://myaccount.ea.com
2. After login goto Security (2nd tab) on left hand side.
3. Scroll down on right hand side, until you see trusted devices.
4. See if you can clear out few devices from this list whichever are not required.
See if this works.
Last option is to try with default PS5 LAN connection (remove additional settings like Google DNS)
First sort out your login UT problem and then improve your connection with Additional settings.
If all of above didn't work then wait for someone from EA to respond on this or reach out to EA help again.

@pp_23_23Few more guesses-
- logout, wait for some time and login again from PSN on your ps5
- on FC 24, main game menu, create new profile and then try again. (or may be clear previous one).
- If you have old version of FIFA, try to login onto one of them.
Whatever you try, just give enough cooling period between each steps
Or simply do not try anything for 24 hrs, it will reset automatically. - 2 years ago@sanket_360 There's no option to delete the profile , i've tried the logout of the psn before , and it didn't work. I will try installing the ps4 version
- 2 years ago@sanket_360 Ok, so the PS4 version i was able to get in to ultimate team, thank your for that suggestion.
I think it worked because it had to sent a code to my email for me to put when i logged on to the PS4 version , because it was the first time, i think that was what did the trick.
Such a weird glitch.
So this worked for me, maybe it can work for somebody else, i don't know - sanket_3602 years agoHero+@pp_23_23 so now you are able to login on ps5 and app as well?

First complete all your pending stuff on ps4 version & on app. Then give a try. - 2 years ago@sanket_360 Unfortunately it doesn't work, it makes no sense that i can't get into ultimate team on new gen but can on old gen, do you have any idea what could be going on here?
- sanket_3602 years agoHero+@pp_23_23 something from PS5 version to FC24 connection is having an issue. Did you try clearing profile from main menu? or simply reinstall ps5 version again.

- sanket_3602 years agoHero+@pp_23_23 On main FC24 screen, you will see Settigs option (wheel symbol).
Open Settings > Profile > Profile Manager - explore this section. This must be having option to clear profile and create new one. - 2 years ago@sanket_360 I tried both things, deleting profile and reinstalling the game didn't fix it. I'm going crazy here

Yesterday there was issue with PSN, so can you verify again today? After reinstall, same error appear as before?
Are you able to login onto PS4 version and app? If yes, then continue for few days until we figure out. - 2 years ago@sanket_360 Yeah same as before, but even if i fail to get into ultimate team on new gen, i can get in fine on ps4 version, and web app

I am assuming you are using same account for PS4 and PS5 login... right?

Mine just says can’t connect to ultimate team at this time? Xbox One. No ban?

Yeah same account on PS4 and PS5 login.
Attached there's two errors one is on Ultimate team entry, and the other Volta.
This only happens on "Account A" on PS5 version, on PS4 version i can get in fine into ultimate team and volta. All other accounts i can get in fine on PS5 version - EA_LeonSK2 years ago

H @pp_23_23, I can see that after many steps, you still have trouble accessing Ultimate Team, only with the PS5 version.
You've been able to access the PS4 Version because you received a verification code to confirm your identity.
Try to follow those steps and let us know if you can finally access Ultimate Team from your FC 24 PS5 Version:
- Logout from Ultimate Team;
- Restart your console;
- Go to ea.com and choose Sign In (profile picture on the top right corner).
- Choose your console's login option.
- Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted.
- Launch FC 24 (PS5 Version)

- sanket_3602 years agoHero+@pp_23_23 Did you try to give some cooling period (e.g. don't login for 24hrs straight)? That's the last option I can think at this moment buddy.
Go through this thread again and see any point you missed out while checking. (e.g. resetting your internet connection settings on PS5)
If not then create new case with support i.e. EA help. Only they can check if something wrong with your account.
