Ultimate Team reset in FC24

Hi everyone,

I've got an Ultimate Team establised Dec 2017 that I casually played, I got some coins there and a few 92+ player cards including some icons. I've found that every time I log in to Ultimate Team on a new EA FIFA release (up to FIFA23), I was somewhat rewarded for the previous team that I'd got, so my starting team was not the same as in the previous version but not exactly all common bronzes like a fresh start. The club name, est, badge, etc. stayed the same.

Anyway, when I logged in to Ultimate Team last week, looks like the old UT team got ignored. I got a new random club name, a random club badge and completely starter pack of of bronzes. Is that the expected behaviour? I guessed so as the game title has been changed, so a reset would make sense. I just wanted to double check to make sure my FC24 Ultimate Team initiation wasn't interrupted and errored out; and I'm not loosing any progress here.
