Unable to access UT

Hi there, for the past 10 days I’ve had issues unable to access UT on my PS5. I am able to play all other game modes but when I load info UT it crashes after a few seconds. I have contacted EA help who has advised a load of techniques but still unable to access it. I have reset the PS and reinstalled the game along side clearing caches. I have also turned off the router and restarted but still no use. Any help would be great thanks!
