Unable to access Ut

When I try to go in UT, I’m greeted with a loading screen that has the name of my team (called yacmm), I’d like to access my Ultimate Team, but I’m always stuck at the loading screen, I’ve done a lot of stuff but nothing allows me to access it, please help.
