Hello EA Team,I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages:“Failed to create a squad”“''Failed to rename squad”When changing my club name:“Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.”This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents,clearing my squad in game redownloadUninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred...Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control.I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. EA_Lanna, EA_Vendcera, EA_Pythia Can you do something to fix my issue please? This problem persists more than 10 day's i contacted multiple times EA advisors trough live chat also i created like 8-9 cases, emails everything and all what i get just fake promise's and zero help... I cant enjoy the game because i'm unable to create a squadI'm very disappointed how everyone from EA support don't care about they customer's, PLEASE look after my case/issue and do something do be fixed asap. I started noticing a few weeks ago that every time I tried to customize my pro in clubs and saved, it landed an error saying name was filtered because it was offensive. SInce then, I have tried multiple fixes offered online, including deleting my Online Clubs profile; however, after that, I am stuck at the Pro editing page and cant even get into the game mode and play! I see that this has been a very common issue online. I have tried literally random strings of letter and numbers to no avail. Is there anyone who can help me? I just want to play clubs with my partner :(

I have the same issue. Can't create a new squad or edit the names of any current squad. I'm shocked this hasn't been fixed yet. I guess they trying to kill FC 24, so people move on to FC 25 or FC 26. Both suck massively by the way. I own all of them and still play FC24 way more then the newer FCs. I don't think they wanna fix FC24. They rather it die so people move on. I definitely won't be purchasing anymore FC soccer games, that's for sure.

After all this, that's what I think too! 😒It's most likely done intentionally like last year when you entered FC 25 and the Picture of FC 26 came up in menu and you couldn't skip or move on because you didn't have that option on the image. It's shameful that a company like EA it resort to such tricks.As for them customer's and fixing the problems they don't even care. They only care about getting the sale, and they don't care about the customer's requirements or fixing the problems in the game FC series that they are responsible for. If they want to sell more copies of the new FC 25-26, it would be better if it wasn't done like this, through various tricks... That's called fraud, if the person paid for the game then it doesn't matter how old the game is, let them play.Also this community manager's they even don't bother them self to help customers

Same issue bro! I have PS5 and I can't play club mode and I can't create a squad or rename my club to FC Resistencia în ultimate team . Can somebody help me please?

Hi everyone!
I faceing this issue since last year December whit hope it get fixed till now. After a break, Today i find out still the problem exist. I want to start - create a caracter in club mode and always when I try, the filter message pup up no matter what name or text I try. My opinion is, the filter get bugged or outdated, since I see a lot of FC 24 players have same issue
Admin can u fix or help me whit this?

My son is creating a player for Clubs on FC24 and we are getting the following error.
"Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement."
There is nothing offensive in his name. Please can you advise.

It's understandable for me because. I changed fist name, last name, appearance my player, other options and all time I see this notification. Any options how to fix it?

This has been happening since the beginning of February. My name literally reset to default and I started having the same name changing problem as you. I honestly think they won't fix it unless you directly address it with the CEO.
