Unable to play division rivals, cannot go beyond kit selection screen.PS4, India

Cannot match anyone always get the error "your opponent has left the match", seen multiple threads without any solution, so frustrating to buy a game and unable to play it.

It's been happening to all ps4 players here. I can confirm.
These are bots every day for 2 hours I try to play rivals and only match these bots, they don't ready up.
I can't even block these bots because there is no way to know who i am matching against.
EA plz fix this
