Unable to Retrieve Items from Market

While I can list extra players that I may pull from packs, the view/menu to retrieve items that I have bid in, is not accessible from console or the application. 

So unable to retrieve won items or remove any lost items. If this is just me, then I would think I would have a notification from EA as to why I could not access that screen. 

is this a larger issue?
