Yes you only have 4 pauses each, so why do they press the start button all the time even if they don't have any more left?
They do it through the entire match.
My point is about how repeatedly pressing the start button can make the gameplay less responsive, giving players an unfair advantage. This tactic is used only when they are being attacked. I never claimed that you could pause indefinitely; that's obviously not possible.
Instead of defending, players rapidly press the start button, causing my team members to freeze or execute erratic actions. This leads to unresponsive gameplay, where players stand still, fail to react to the ball, and don't make any runs. This disrupts the flow of the game and makes it nearly impossible to implement effective attacking strategies. To me that's a clear abuse of game's mechanics.
Please test this while you are attacking. When you'll notice that everything suddenly becomes slower, especially the gameplay responsiveness, please press the start button, I bet you that than you'll get a message saying that your opponent has already requested to pause the match. Try this again when there are no more pauses left, try it few times when you are attacking, and you'll always receive the same message, along with a note saying that no more pauses are available.
This was initially hard to notice, but I've started to see it happening more frequently. Whenever I try to pause the game, I find that my opponent has already requested a pause. If I press the button again, I can see the message constantly changing, as if my opponent keeps pressing the start button. I was puzzled at first, but then I realized that this behaviour was affecting the gameplay, and I finally connected the dots.
Please note: this doesn't work out for them well all the time but most of the time, I'd say 80% of the time.
I hope I made my point clear now, if not please let me know and I try to explain it better.
Thank you for reading! Your attention and comments on this are very much appreciated.

@RadioShaqsNo, it's not. I'm just adding in my own prejudices. But abusing skill mechanics for ridiculous goals is pretty damn close. That shouldn't happen.
- Burnzee1 year agoSeasoned Veteran@RockDokRock There is no abuse of the skill mechanics. I dont skill moves myself, however if I am playing someone who decides to do every move from KO. I'll just tackle them and take a yellow. They are the boring players.
