Void match FUT

Hello, I just played a FUT Rivals match and in the second half my opponent left the match, we were 4 - 4, so no clue on why he left. By the way I didn't get the win, can someone explain me why?

I play on PS5 and my opponent was luisit_luis, or luisito_lupen as EA ID

It’s been like this no for ages, people hate to lose potentially and quit at a draw….they get the loss, you get wasted time on playing and a loss of contracts to the team.
the person who quits should get the loss, but the person not quitting should get the win…it would stop it instantly
