Waiting on player costumer service

Hi, hope you are having a good day, Recently I opened a case in which i receive an Email, which says that i need to press “contact us” in the ea help web site, but there is no place whit that option, then one of my cases says “Waiting on player” I don’t know what to do, I already send an email which more information, but i’m afraid to do something wrong.

I wonder if you guys can help me telling me what to do with my case “waiting on player” Please

    @Ema_Tont1n As far as I am aware, “Waiting on player” means they are expecting response from you with requested details.
    If you have already replied those details then someone from their end needs to pickup your case from queue.

    But the things is that there’s no option to respond or resume the case and add my details ☹️
