Web App rate limiting issue

Hi, I usually use the web app to do SBCs because its a lot faster, and if I do them a lot I hit the rate-limited threshold and I get "soft" banned. I can't submit any more SBCs and they only work through the app or in-game. I understand it's bot protection but it's me doing them manually. It's just such a manual step I can do it fast so I reach the threshold. I was wondering what it is specifically. So I could know when to slow down? I get banned for an hour, sometimes a day, etc. It's annoying.
