What is wrong with the servers tonight

I’ve sent ea about 5 videos of clear delay etc, clear bad game play all at under 30 ping on screen with EAs overlay. Videos of button presses that register and don’t do it in game.
the reply I get is absolutely nothing.
it’s a great way of saying there is no issues when they can’t even be bothered to reply. All I got was a take down notice showing the bad game play
thats the type of company they are. I wouldn’t mind, but my videos, have 20 views at best….
the company just refuse to admit an issue, and bury head in sand, hence why they are never here, and expect a mod with no power to respond
@Oldman_Sparky_YT what time did you post this out of interest? I've noticed over the last 3 weeks that 6pm UK time when the new content drops the servers constantly fail. Kicks you out while completing SBCs and the menus go slow and buggy. On friday they just went down completely for the best part of an hour too
