When I do 83+defender sbc, player materials are disappeared.

When I do SBC 83+defenderupgrade by companion app, some of my 83or84 players are disappeared.After that, I checked by Nintendo switch but disappeared too. I had a lot of fun by this game so thank you so much, but I am shocked about that. I would like to receive compensation.

    @vqyow7 Essentially you are trading an 84 rated squad for a pack which contains 5 players rated 83+

    If you choose to submit the players into the SBC then they are removed from your club.

    This image was taken after the player disappeared and I replenished it. The SBC should have been completed originally, but it was not completed when I replenished the players. I think my 84 players have obviously decreased. But if you say so, I may be mistaken. I will assume so this time. Thanks.
