Where are the players that I packed?

I opened the 10k pack that was in the store which gave 2 gold players, 1 loan 86+, 1 loan base icon, and one hero card. I went to check my club for these players so that I could place them on my bench and they were no where to be seen. To top it off, I also have a glitch with my game, telling me that there's a pack in the store unopened, which when clicked upon does not show up. Is this happening to anyone else?
