Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're frequently disconnecting from matches. I'd be happy to go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

I am not sure how what you need when you say match history. How do i get you a screenshot of that when it already happened?

Wireless is the issue here. Can you move close enough to use a wire or is your router too far away?

@davidalkhal I 100% agree man. They know their game is a piece of * that’s unfinished and broken and they are still trying to drain people’s money after that. What a disgusting company.
