Why have evolutions if cards are always extinct

Why have evos if there constantly extinct game is out officially 2 days and I already want to quit due to not been able to access basic silver cards and it's funny because there impossible to pack aswell , it's easier to pack Messi or haaland than it is an Archie Gray , 2 days and I already feeling what's the point , something needs fixing.
