Why haven’t I revived my totw pack on ea fc 24

Some Pre-Order content expires if you have redeemed your code after 27th September. 

There are known issues affecting some Pre-Order packs, if you have redeemed your code before it expired but have not yet received all of the content then this will be corrected in the near future.
