Why is my pack luck so bad?

Thankyou brother i hope my luck gets better like yours soon !! Can you believe from my hero pack i got dempsey i done it again and guess what i got dempsey again lool i cant believe it bro but hopefully like you said my luck would get better eventually thanks for the reply!
@Big_Metzz That really sucks :/ I know a couple of us EA volunteers have been complaining about the pack weight to the EA employees. Lol
We try to advocate for the community but it's a big company and it takes time for them to hear us out. Hopefully, they will be able to implement these requests either as we go or next year.
