The player is still stuck in my game.

Nothing changed since i reported this issue, 3 weeks ago.

What is the new way of contacting EA? Since they closed there customerservice by phone.  

Does anyone know how you can directly contact them?

I tried the live chat, suggested me to post here. I did then I found this post. Not helpful from the ea live chat.

    also tried LC looks like EA doesnt matter the pkayers are stuck.. unfortunatelly
