Wrong advertising on the EVO, legally liable according to lawyers

I am not the biggest fan of all of EAs glitches, but in this case I don’t think that EA is making the claims from the pictures you showed.  It is from separate third parties, like Futbin, that are providing these services.  Thus, I doubt that EA could be held liable for any false advertising since it is someone else providing that information.  If you have a link to EA making these claims then you might have a legitimate claim, but I dont think that is the case.
