Are you constantly reopening your case with our terms of service team, by any chance? If you do, it pulls it out of the queue and they need to re-escalate it to our terms of service team all over again. Once you reach out to them, I can pnly recommend that you wait. Sometimes it can take a few day, although 10 does seem a little excessive. But if you keep resuming the case, then that's why it's taking o long.

Actually yes, i resumed the case several times, last time was yesterday morning, it’s good to know that i shouldn’t resume to take it’s turm in the queue..
thank you for the info., i’ll wait for their reply during the upcoming days, hoping it could b solved .
