Xbox and Ps5 voice chat ea fc 24 crossplay

I'm encountering an issue with the voice chat in EA FC 24 that's been a bit puzzling, and I'm hoping someone here can help shed some light on it.


Here's the situation: We have a group of friends who enjoy gaming together, and we've been using cross-platform play with a mix of Xbox and PS5 players. Initially, our voice chat worked seamlessly with two players on PS5 and one on Xbox.

However, things took an unexpected turn when two more players on PS5 joined our game. Suddenly, the voice chat stopped functioning entirely. We're a bit stumped as to why this happened.

Could anyone provide some insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? We'd really appreciate your help in getting our voice chat up and running again so we can continue enjoying our gaming sessions together.

    Dont have a direct fix but If your playing just with friends id suggest using discord chat. Its very easy to set up and everyone can set up a party and chat between games and even when moving to other games.

    I use it with my PlayStation buddies and I'm on Xbox. both consoles have the discord app

    My vc also doesnt work with friends and its january

    i think it happens when their is more then three people in a diferent platform
