Year in review player pick reward missing

I did the year in review sbc about a week ago (not the latest one released yesterday or the day before) and I got my pack rewards per sbc but did not receive my player pick reward.

i completed it on the companion app and wanted to open on my PS console but when I went onto my console it wasn’t there and when I went back to my companion app it wasn’t there either.

have tried messaging ea help on twitter but no joy. It’s not a big deal but it’s hard enough to pack anything decent let alone when they don’t actually give you your rewards.
