Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. The problem occurs at different times every time. Sometimes in game, sometimes in menu, sometimes in the cut scenes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game picture freeze and I have to turn of the game.
What should be happening instead? The game picture should not freeze and I should be able to play the game.
this problem has been with me for over a year now. It started with the fc24. I have been trying ti get help from u but no one ever answers me. I want to be able to play fc25. I play a lot of other games to and fc is the only game with this problem.
The error code that occurs is: CE-108255-1
The times it occurs since I last tried to reinstall my PS5 is: (Timezone UTC+01:00 Stockholm)

the things I´ve done to try to fix the problem:
Tips from the community:
For UT issues:
- Log from the Web/Companion App
- Navigate to Squads
- Delete the active Squad and create a brand new squad.
- Log out of the Web/Companion App
- Attempt to log into Ultimate Team
- Verify that this time the game does not crash on boot, and the error is not returned.
For non-UT issues (Kickoff etc.):
- Launch FC25
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Profile > Delete
- Delete all local files except:
- Online Pro files.
- Files with Career in the name. These are your saves for these game modes—they won’t be re-downloaded and can’t be restored.
- You can also delete Personal Settings 1 to fix any audio or visual issues, like glitching, flickering, or loss of sound. Keep in mind that you’ll lose Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout. Only delete this if you’re sure you’re okay with losing these and having to set them again.
- This will reset any custom rosters or squad created that may cause this issue.
- Navigate back to the main menu
- Launch Kickoff and observe that a new Squad Update is being downloaded
- Play any match
- Observe that this time you are able to launch the game without any error messages being returned.
Tips from Sony and EA:
1) Uninstall FC25.
2) Create a new active squad on the web app and delete all other squads.
3) Install FC25.
4) Attempt to play a match, observe that the error still occurs.
5) Attempt to log into the web app. You will be unable to do so as you are logged into another device.
6) Continue attempting to log in, until your PS5 login session times out and you are able to sign into the web app.
7) Open your active squad, and edit your tactics. I edited one player role and my defensive line depth, so I can't confirm if this works with any other tactic changes.
8) Save your tactics changes and log out of the web app.
9) Wait around an hour.
10) Launch FC25. You may now be able to play the game.
I´ve also tried:
searching for updates on the game and my playstation 5
Rebuilt the ps5 system
Reinstalled the the FC25
Reinstalled the ps5
All this with no success.
Please help me with this issue!
