Completed a Base Icon Upgrade SBC but I don't get the pack. (FC25 - STEAMPC)

Yesterday, I've completed my SBC for Base Icon Upgrade but I didn't get the base icon pack.

I've contacted EA Help and they've asked me to wait for 24 hours since they say it could be a system related issue.

Now it's past 24 hours and I still get no proper update from them except for "there's some technical difficulties" and need to wait for another 5-6 hours.

To show the timeline on what I did and what I get:

I've done 3/4 of the SBC with no issue (I get the rewards):

- 88 rated team

- 87 rated team

- 86 rated team

But once I've completed the last one to achieve the whole SBC reward, I didn't get the rewards.

- 85 rated team

- group reward (base icon pack)

The game even reset the SBC as a whole and minus one the repeatable. Meaning the game counted it. (As shown in the attached file)

Is there anyone here who can help me?

tl;dr - I want my Base Icon Player Pack and Small Prime Electrum Players Pack.

edit: contacted the support again. Apparently this case has been escalated to the "game team". No idea when will I get another update.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Did not get my Base Icon Pack reward.
    What should be happening instead? I should get the Base Icon Upgrade SBC rewards.

    I have contacted the EA Help again, and this time the support said that the system records that I get the base icon pack in 12/12/24 already.

    Meanwhile in game, I didn't get anything.


    For the team that will be fixing this, I'll give you an idea on maybe what to check.

    1. Check my Pack openings history. My last 3 should be the rewards from the 3/4 of the SBC rewards.

    - Small Rare Gold Players Pack

    - Small Prime Gold Players Pack

    - Jumbo Gold Pack

    2. In this date and time (GMT+8), 12/12/2024 8.00PM - 12/14/2024 12PM. Check my account. I don't have any packs available in my pack tab. (Meaning I didn't get my base icon pack. Your system recorded it wrongly)

    3. Your system recorded it wrongly and my game didn't give the reward. If you guys delay this, you guys will have harder time to check on this.

    4. All of my fodders are gone. I remembered using multiple odegaard, a ter stergen, crespo and etc. as fodders.

    hi, i ran into the same problem! only i'm on the last build before the general reset, i finished the same icons and i was kicked out of ut and i didn't get my pack and the player wasn't in the club and the build was reset.

    i've been waiting for a week, today i talked to EA in the chat, they are solving the problem, they said they'll come back in another week, though if it drags on for a few more weeks it won't be very relevant compared to the content

    Thank you so much for vouching this issue, I was super mad when it happens.

    The EA Help can't help with in game content so they're relying on the community managers as well.

    As time past, not just it wont be relevant. The fodders are wasted too.

    Hopefully the community manager notices this and solve the issue.

    I also hope that a stupid bot sent me back here to the forum, and here they sent me back to ea support, a vicious circle :D in the end I wrote and wrote and wrote to them and a chat opened where I contacted a real person, I hope they will help

    @maltedlava  same here. Stopped playing actively since this happened. It feels like I got scammed. 🤐
    I think they will just ignore this. Sigh.
