Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

Hello, although I watched, the 60-minute task was not completed. What should I do?

Me too watch more then 60 min just get 15 min award

Potential reproduction steps
Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives! (We would greatly appreciate it if you could include accurate timestamps) - Not sure exact times to be honest but 2nd and 3rd as soon as I watched 1hr worth.

Thank you again, everyone, for your responses. Could you please provide the exact timestamp (date, time, and time zone) when you claimed the objectives? Having accurate timestamps would be very helpful in understanding the status of those rewards.

@EA_PulsarImpossible to remember the exact timestamp? i didn't take note of the time when claiming.

do you know a way we can get the exact timestamp?

I'm pretty sure I claimed mine between 17:00-18:00 GMT (UK)

I too have no idea in exact time etc. if my account is looked at you can see I am missing one reward (day 1 hour reward)

I watched for 2 hours maybe more on YouTube and only received the 15minute reward

• Summary of the issue: i watched a full hour on both days of twitch stream however didnt recieve any rewards
• Potential reproduction steps: i disconnected the twitch connection then renabled between day 1 and day 2 to see if that would fix the problem by reconnection, it didnt

i didnt keep track of the exact time i redeemed my rewards however know i have claimed day 1 rewards 2 days ago and day 2 rewards yesterday as of writing this, however it was pretty close to the earliest redemption time as watched from beginning of stream, and would of redeemed as early as possible to recieve rewards, so no more than 1hr30 into the stream

I have attached screenshot of both redemption screen on twitch and also EAFC web app showing status of rewards not recieved

I can confirm as of 11/4/24 @ 3:42PM EST this issue has been resolved, thank you EA

summary of issue- watched both streams for two hours claimed both rewards each day on twitch as the notifications popped up but have still not received the rewards in ea fc 25. I have the packs from linking ea with my twitch and YouTube so I know it’s linked correctly.
