Season pass chocie Grealish/Malen bug selected Grealish ended up with Malen.....

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™ & Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Ultimate Team Season pass
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 15/11/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 00:30 Midnight
What is your time zone?  GMT+1 Amsterdam
How often does the bug occur? I dont know
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? I was grinding the last xp to get Grealish season pass reward of level 34 in Manager Carreer mode, i unlocked it selected Grealish but then it said grzz you got Malen
What should be happening instead? instead i should get Grealish since I seleceted that player and not malen

I'm kinda sick of all the buggs crashes since FC 25 launch i chatted emaild already with EA Support they will tell the team about this issue but i dont think there will be any fix unless its a Mayor big bug that effects thousands of people......

So in the end I end op having Malen a big FC 25 grind for absolutly nothing.

    When choosing my SP Level 34 reward, I clicked and chose Grealish. Was looking forward to him all season since his loan. I chose him…. However, I received Malen in the store. This was not a misclick. I have no use or desire for Malen. 

    How can I go about getting this fixed and my Malen card replaced with the Grealish that I looked forward to all month.

    The same thing happened to me.  I'm glad I'm not the only one. I wanted Grealish all Season.

    @AmsterdamUltras I just talked to EA chat and they said they won't fix it. Only thing I can think of is it happens to more people. Its so infuriating because I have no use for Malen whatsoever and Grealish was a perfect fit AND filled a need.

    @jakebeede That is soooo bad they wont fix it since it was a bug.... bugs needs to be fixed, but they dont want to help individuals alone only big groups...

    Really sad maybe this should be my last EA/Fifa game ever tbh

    Definitely will be... They kicked me from the transfer market on companion (for a "modified client" which I don't have or have never used... no paletools, etc. NO EXPLANATION) which was one of the best parts of the game for me as I could play during work. And now when I actually bust my butt trying to do these rewards, they give me a middle finger.  The sad thing is that It is one of my favorite games and I could see myself spending money on it.... But they have basically said screw you too many times

    How can I send them an email or chat request? I've done it before but the option seems to have disappeared ...

    @23batcon go to EAhelp under "I did not receive my rewards". If you scroll down, you should see an "Email us". Send the email explaining what happened. Once youve done that, go back to your case, and resume case.... there should be a chat there.
