A LOT of (Player) Career Mode Bugs

So first of all, I want to say, EA big SHAME on you guys for making us take the time out of our days, to complain on this forum about bugs from your games and your broken promises, just for you guys to clearly do NOTHING about it whatsoever. I am really angry with you guys, as a loyal customer who bought multiple games from you every year since 2013. Every issue, I tested on my PC, my laptop and PS5 and they all occur on all devices...

So what are the bugs I want to talk about? Let's see a shortlist:

- R1/RB to make AI teammates contain is bugged;

- Can't hear the referee whistle;

- NO pre-match cutscenes, like the fans or match intro;

- Slow and confusing menu;

- Bugged social media comments;

- Other lost features which we want back.

So first, we have to talk about the R1/RB issue because it is making the game completely UNPLAYABLE, quite literally. I have had to adjust my entire playstyle, just for this f***ing issue. Whenever walking and holding R1/RB to make your AI teammates actually "do something", the game locks my player's controls. So whenever I hold R1/RB, but let go of the left movement joystick on my controller, the player keeps walking in the direction I was walking in before touching the R1/RB button. I literally have to stand still around the middle of the field when using the contain option, and that is RIDICULOUS. This happens whenever you lock youself to a player, or any game mode where you play with AI teammates. FIX IT!!

In literally every game, and I am in season 4 now, I have never hear the referee whistle correctly. At half time, full time, start of the match or any event like a foul whatsoever, I still do not hear any whistling coming from the referee. Out of the blue, it is half time if I do not watch the gameclock. It's absolutely insane that a football game has no whistling from the referee...

Also, the false advertisement thing. Yeah, EA, you promised us the "Full presentation package" for ALL modes, not just SOME modes! I literally have the setting set to "Always" show the intro, but yet, only men's manager career gets the "Full presentation package". WHY? People who play Player career mode literally want the thrill of stepping onto the pitch to experience the atmosphere, yet we only get the in-game challenges and you f*** off into the match directly. There are 2 big posts about this with 30+ people out of thousands who decide to take action and yet no response or acknowledgement from EA. We literally had to BEG you all year long last year when you removed this feature completely from FC 24, but here we are again, BEGGING...

Now let's talk about this confusing menu lay-out. Whoever did this, clearly is no Player career mode enjoyer at all. This new menu looks really nice and all, but it is HORRIBLE. Why do I have to check the squad list at the "Season" tab? I literally spent 10 minutes trying to find this when I first played this game. Also, sometimes the menu is really slow to respond. Sometimes I have to press a button 2 or 3 times. For example: When saving the game, when wanting to start the match but the other objectives are going away, etc...

The social media option is something I am really happy with. I can look through the bugged comments and the repetetive comments, but I'd still like to get this to your attention.

And there are a lot of features, which would be great and which WERE great, before you removed all of them. I can not even look at a player's profile when I read about them in the news, or social media posts nowadays. Also what would be great, just like in NBA 2k, that you have a chemistry meter with your teammates, instead of only just the manager. Also player career interviews would be realistic and a good feature, which after YEARS you never implemented even though we ask for it literally every year. The only thing what you can do in player career, is watch repetetive news, cutscenes, games, seasons, buy the same stuff over again, and that's it. The player background stories, which you have to choose or customize at the start of your career, have literally no influence on the gameplay or the entire mode, whatsoever.

Also, what happened to the tattoos? I know there was not a lot of variety, but for some people these tattoos matter. Why bother adding it only to FC24 player career, but remove it in the next game (FC 25)?

EA, PLEASE for once, take your responsibility and adress us, your customers, about this. Lots of people have complained about this, but you have done NOTHING so far to better yourselves, your products and our experience. This proves you're NOT listening to the community, since you have not even properly communicated with us about our issues so far. I, and the entire community of hundres/thousands of players, expect answers, fixes and VALUE FOR OUR MONEY! I am really thinking of seperating my ties with EA, my EA Play Pro subscription and their games if they do not properly respect us. The only people you respect, is the people who are stupid enough to keep buying FC points for Ultimate Team... 

We as the community might have to look for some other alternatives or desperate measures if you do not deliver us a proper product which is not an even emptier copy of the previous game, EACH YEAR!

My PC specs (So you don't have to mention that it is a problem with my PC, which it totally isn't):

 - CPU: i9 12900k

 - GPU: Asus ROG Strix RTX 3090 OC 24 GB VRAM

 - RAM: 32 GB DDR5

 - Drivers: All up-to-date.

    Also, what happened to the loud and proud singing fans in the stadiums (At least in Player career mode). They sound really silent and I can barely hear them sing, especially when you get closer to either goal. I always loved to turn off commentary and put all of my sound settings to maximum just to hear the crowds sing. It really felt like I was there, inside the stadium. But with FC25, I do not have that feeling at all. I really have no feeling anymore for FC25, since now it's just a basic arcade game instead of a sports simulation game...

    And btw, how is it possible that a central defender, with 60-80 pace, can easily catch up to me, when I have 91 pace? They immediately hit their max sprint speed like they have 99 acceleration every time. The most random defenders with way lower pace, catch up to an 89 rated player with 91 pace, seems legit. Also, when they have the ball, I can not even keep up with them. It seems like every opponent AI has like 99 pace and this has been an issue for years now and I remember in Fifa 21 or 22 where they specifically adressed this issue and "fixed" it, but since then it got worse where central defenders could outrun Usain Bolt or something, really annoying...

    That post was beautiful it describes every PLAYER CAREER MODE player we have been neglected for so many years and we are sick of it I know I am. We begged them all year last year then they lie and say it’s back for ALL modes but turns out no just manager career mode this is sad I fell in love with this game 2011 and now this has become very shameful to keep giving money to this company who keeps giving us consumers the big F YOU. this very well might be my last fifa title I’ll pick up.

    Well guys, been half a week already and EA has left us in the dark, yet again. I wish I could say otherwise, but yeah, EA don't care about us. Even deleted a reply with another bug. Never even replied to this thread, but they do delete comments. They probably didn't even read the entire post because it cost them too much energy to actually do something for their customers. I am seperating my ties with EA soon, I am done with this company. Hopefully someone sues the life out of this company, because for all I care, they go bankrupt.

    Well, I just saw Title update 3 and I was hyped to see a new update, hoping they would atleast have fixed 1 of these issues. And yet again, I was disappointed to see that under the "Career Mode" part, were only some small Manager Career Mode fixes, thus leaving the Player Career Mode players with no changes. I should have expected EA to disappoint us once again, since they don't give a single crap about the Player Career Mode players...

    And to add to the list of buggs:

    - Blue/Purple eyebrow glitches

    - Mason Greenwood's bugged hair

    I started my career as a prospect player for Olympique Marseille and unfortunately Mason Greenwood is my teammate (Nothing I can do about it). During every goal celebration or cutscene featuring Mason, his hair is bugged. The back of his head has thick hair and suddenly the rest of his head is bald. Also my player, other players and fans keep getting these annoying blue/purple eyebrows, which I also noticed when I played another test career at Schalke.

    But... What does EA do about this? Absolutely NOTHING, no acknowledgement AT ALL. Normally, a multi million/billion company like EA should have some people out of the correct departments to fix these issues, but yet they leave the Player Career Mode in the dust completely. WHY ON EARTH do you guys even add Player Career Mode to the game if you don't even want to implement some simple small fixes? Just fix Player Career Mode or delete it from the game completely, because this is ridiculous and you guys should be sued for everything you got or get your licenses revoked. Absolute garbage of a company and the word company is not even fitting for EA, "Scam-Artists" should be the term for EA.

    This fu©king Corp has been messing around with Us since FIFA 17.. 😂

    - Overall 75 on your first day, doesn't even make senses

    - even if you had lower OVR based on your "Stories", they will give you like 80 points for free. You don't even have to work hard for the club to raise your attributes.

    - Useless Player Objectives and Investments. 

    - The National Jersey Number will imitate Club Number. It's been like 10 years and they didn't fix it.

    - The Ballon d'Or system rigged, i don't even know what is the most logic requirements to get this *. 

    For my personal:

    - NO TROPHY CABINET (PES did this since 08-13)

    - There's still no big ceremony for your retirement, a testimonial match, or whatever. It makes your career all this time to be MEANINGLESS. 

    Some small details like them, they just forgot there's 2 mode in Career.. Manager or Player. 

    There's absolutely no actual love for Player Career. That's why it's struggling to compete with Become A Legend every * year 💩

    @Jaycliffside93 Player career mode? Every game mode is broken with game breaking bugs making them virtually unplayable.

    Except for FUT that is... for obvious rea$on$$

    @Xpotato563 I agree with you on everything. And those features would be cool to have. But don't be asking for new features when they have egregious bugs to fix... I'm so frustrated.
