Bot Account/Unplayable Rivals

Dear EA!

I try to play Rivals,but there is a lot of bot account, with basic team and when the game start suddenly disconnect the match.
The Rivals is unplayable at Asia.Under 2 hours I could playa 2 match and more than 20+ bot account match what is suddenly disconnect ever time.
I wanna know do try to solve this problem, because it was same at EA FC 24 and there is still the same problem..
