Bug with tactics and team sheets

Hello, I am having continual problems with team sheets and formations. When I create two team sheets and try to scroll and choose them on the taskbar, the initial formation, which, for example, is the second team, does not come up. You have to add a new one, then assign it and press triangle. However, I am now experiencing that it keeps bugging out and glitching. Lastly, when I choose the formation and players are in their positions, at certain points, there are intermittent random players that go out of position. I hope this message gets heard and can be sorted.
