Can‘t change a player in the Simulation

Hi whenever i start a simulation in eafc25 Carrer Mode can i only switch players one time. That means when i press triangle a second time( go in the change menu)  the game no longer reacts.  i want to change players but i can‘t. I can‘t even leave the menu. At the First time i can normally change my players but at the second it doesn‘t reacts. Can someone help?
