Career Mode - Own club-Playstyles

When starting career mode with your own club, the two downsides that I would like to see improved on would be for the following:

1) when regenerating players there should be an option to keep a certain formation and only regenerate players for this formation it would make finding the right players for a specific formation easier.

2) probably for me the most important would be to either bring in an option for a number of average playstyles that will be created per player in your squad or bring in the option to choose the playstyles and have a chance for an improved playstyle.

You can get/make a high stat player but the number of playstyles that are generated for your own squad as well as what they are, is terrible. This mode is not made for playing against other players but to enjoy a career mode against AI. 

If this can be brought in, then it would be great.
