Yeah I think the major difference was the quality of the opposition the aim vs City was to keep it tight and frustrate against Sociedad we wanted to win but we lacked creativity so keeping it tight was important the longer the game went to stay tighter at the back not to lose the first leg. The Bournemouth game was a strange one I seemed to rush because of the lack of chances vs Sociedad it almost cost us it did affect our performance for sure
Yeah would be nice if they had them fixtures maybe the next lot of fixtures they'll play Alkmaar it would have been easier then Sociedad I imagine.
Perhaps easier with Alkmaar, that's true. But I'm thinking about it in relation to real life. Jumping in to a Live Start here mid-season is really to overtake a club in a struggling situation, and the first thing you're met with, is something that is altered from their real life scheduling. I find that odd and truly disappointing.
Anyway, great win vs Sociedad with a late turnaround. Well done.
Yeah it is frustrating as much as anything as they manage to get all the Premier leagues results right maybe next year after more work it will be better
